Ingredients:

	1 lbs sausage
	3 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
	1 cup grated cheddar cheese
	1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

	Heat oven to 400 degrees.

	Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mix by hand until completely
	mixed into one large ball. Roll into small balls about 1" round.

	Place onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and place in oven.

	Allow to cook for approximatly 12 - 15 minutes.

	You can also freeze uncooked portion and cook at a later time.
